More complex visa rules proposed by the UK Home Office

In order to further reduce net migration to the UK, the Home Secretary revealed considerations for further changes; including a review into whether all international applicants should be treated equally with respect to course choice.

New CGHE report suggests Asian HE is falling in value

While Asian countries are performing well in global league tables, their overall HE provision is at risk. The report indicates intensified educational inequality is a contributing factor, and goes onto suggest that universities should not exist to only to serve GDP growth.
