Scotland confirms EU student funding in 2017

The Scottish government has pledged that EU students beginning their studies in September 2017 will have access to tuition fee loans and not need to pay fees upfront.

Indian agents call for ban of onshore commissions

In order to prevent the practice of course hopping (applying through a specific provider, arriving in the country and then switching to a cheaper course), a group of Indian agents are petitioning to ban commissions paid to onshore agents.
