So, what is the secret that other agents use to convert hundreds of candidates per year when others only manage a handful?
In the last five years, we have worked with numerous agents worldwide. These agents process thousands of students consistently year after year.
Intrigued, we began examining what these agents were doing to process a consistent number of applications each year.
We decided to conduct a study.
These three key areas allowed them to consistently support candidates through what is sometimes an arduous application process.

The Study
As part of this study, we analysed each application individually to see which agents moved students from interest to enrollment the fastest and smoothest possible way.
We found that successful agents follow three team principles.
1- communication
Communication was simplified and effective. No email silos meant no contact was lost. As a result, they provided incredible communication levels.
2 workflow
Through repetitive workflows, the team gathered the correct information at the right time, satisfying both the prospects and the team.
3 visibility
With the touch of a button, they could get information about where an applicant was, what they were doing, what they had done, what they would do, and what they were due to do based on a simple enquiry.
These three key areas allowed them to consistently support candidates through what is sometimes an arduous application process.
