Dublin School of English closes

The Ireland-based school of languages, Dublin School of English (DSE), has closed its doors after being open for almost 50 years. International students that were studying at DSE are now being provided help to find alternate provision by the language school Marketing English in Ireland (MEI).

Pan-African passport could ease student mobility

Discussion is taking place within the African Union on the possibility of a new passport for African citizens. It is hoped that the passport would help increase the ease of travelling across the continent, following trends of abolishing visa requirements for African nationalities.
